Commercial Clients Employment law Portfolio The portfolio contains contracts of employment, job descriptions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, equal opportunities, heath & safety, retirement and bullying and harassment policies, flexible working procedures and other very useful documents to help an employer fulfil and deal with their legal obligations towards staff. The portfolio contains both hard copy and CD. Advice line This service is provided exclusively to our commercial clients. It allows an employer to telephone for advice on how to deal with any employment law problem arising in the work place. Education and Training We provide courses in the practical application of employment law example how to conduct a disciplinary hearing. The course work is designed to minimise legal jargon and explain in simple terms how to deal with employment matters in the work place "for" example, how to conduct a disciplinary hearing. Free Clinic Available by appointment only to provide more substantial advice to employees/individuals with a potential claim to the Employment Tribunal.
