From M6 - Preston / Blackburn/Lancaster/Central Lancashire/Cumbria: 

Exit M6 at Junction 32 onto M55 to Blackpool.

Take First Exit Marked “Blackpool” at Junction 4.

At top of slip road take first exit on roundabout marked “Kirkham” and go through the next roundabout continuing toward Kirkham.

 Move into the right hand lane to turn right at the traffic light approximately 500 yards. 

Turn Right at Traffic Lights then an immediate left onto road signposted to Ballam. 

Continue on this road until you reach T junction  - turn right. This road will take you into the centre of Lytham (there is a mini roundabout toward Lytham – go straight on) and over the bridge. This will lead to Park Street which ends in a T junction opposite Clifton Square.

Parking is available on nearby streets – please note some parking is limited to 1 or 2 hours. There are two PAY & DISPLAY Car Parks on the Promenade as highlighted. From the Car Park opposite Dicconson Terrace walk across the pedestrian crossing and down Dicconson Terrace which will lead you to the traffic free square (Clifton Square). Access Employment Law Limited is located opposite the Royal Bank of Scotland.  If this car park is full there is a Car Park in Pleasant Street which is also highlighted on the map.  

 

From Preston via Blackpool Road  

Travelling from Deepdale Shopping Centre North toward Blackpool, remain on this road passed Moor Park, passed Tolketh Mill and through Preston. Pass “The Lea Gate” Public House and take the A586 toward Lytham-St Annes. This road will take you passed Freckleton and through Warton and eventually onto the promenade at Lytham. Parking is as set out above.
